Executive Director Performance Review

The members of the RDAC Executive Subcommittee met to discuss the review of Executive Director, Erica Barnes.

The review form was shared with the committee and was reviewed section by section. Members of the committee discussed the scores for Director Barnes.

These scores will be recorded by Chair Tilstra. This review will be presented to Director Barnes in a private meeting with Chair Tilstra. The review once received by Director Barnes will be submitted to the Department of Administration HR Department. Please note that Julie Olson can assist with that submission.
